1. Services

Ambar provides one-time, digital consulting reports based on the data you supply. Reports are analytical recommendations, not guarantees of specific financial outcomes.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate menu, cost and sales data, and for the decisions you make based on our recommendations. You confirm you have the right to share any data you upload.

3. Delivery

Core reports are delivered within 5 business days of our receiving your complete data. Delays in providing data may extend this timeline.

4. Refund guarantee

If a core report does not identify profit opportunities worth at least three times its purchase price, you are entitled to a full refund. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual property

You own the report we deliver to you and may use it within your business. The underlying methods, templates and frameworks remain our property.

6. Confidentiality

We treat the business data you share as confidential and use it only to deliver your report, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for it.
